What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You will need a valid driver's license from your home country, an international driving permit if required by Taiwanese regulations, a passport for identification, and a credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit. Our team will verify these documents upon vehicle collection and guide you through the process.
Can I collect the vehicle at the airport?
Yes, we provide delivery to Taoyuan International Airport, Taipei Songshan Airport, and Taichung International Airport. Simply indicate your arrival time and flight details when booking, and our representative will meet you at the designated arrival area with your prepared vehicle and all necessary documentation.
What is included in the rental price?
All our packages include comprehensive vehicle insurance, satellite navigation with English interface, roadside assistance throughout Taiwan, airport or hotel delivery and collection, and unlimited mileage within the island. Fuel, parking fees, and highway tolls are the responsibility of the driver during the rental period.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead to ensure vehicle availability, particularly during peak travel seasons such as Chinese New Year, summer months, and major holidays. For same-week requests, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on current fleet availability.
Can I extend my rental period?
Extensions are welcomed and can be arranged by contacting our support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled return. Availability is subject to existing bookings, and the extension will be charged at the applicable daily rate for your chosen package. We will confirm the new return date and any updated collection arrangements.
Are chauffeur services available?
